Your stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. The concept starts with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Is late check-out possible?

Late check-out can be arranged with reception on the day of departure, subject to availability; please ask reception about charges.

When is the hotel open?

In the 2026 season the hotel is open from 29 March to 5 November.

How many rooms and room types are there?

Aquasis has 660 rooms in total. From the Lake Houses to duplex villas: 13 room types in four sections.

Is Wi-Fi free?

Yes. Wi-Fi is free in the rooms and public areas.

Are pets allowed?

For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.

Which payment methods are accepted?

TL, Euro, GBP and CHF are accepted. Payment is by cash or credit card; cards not physically present cannot be charged and mail-order payments are not accepted.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in indoor areas.

Beach & pools

What is the beach like, and are sunbeds free?

A 270-metre golden sandy beach with a private pier on the Blue Flag Aegean. Sunbeds and parasols are free of charge.

Which pools are there, and is there an indoor pool?

12,500 m² of pools in total: the main pool, the lake pool, the heated outdoor pool right next to the aquaparks, children's pools with slides and a 300 m² indoor pool.

Is the aquapark free?

The aquapark with 9 slides is free for all guests. The heated outdoor pool is right next to the aquaparks.

Dining

How many restaurants and bars are there?

The buffet at Manzara Restaurant, six à la carte restaurants, Caramele Patisserie and seven bars: the flavour map of Ultra All Inclusive.

Are the à la carte restaurants included?

For every 5 nights of your stay, one dinner at the à la carte restaurant of your choice is free of charge. Please book with Guest Relations at least one day in advance; additional reservations are charged.

Is there a dress code in the restaurants?

Smart casual dress applies in the restaurants; beachwear is not permitted in restaurants and swimwear is not permitted in the lobby.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

For hygiene reasons, food and drinks from outside are not allowed in the hotel.

Are alcoholic drinks served to under-18s?

By law, alcohol is not served to guests under 18.

Kids

Which ages is the kids’ club for, and when is it open?

Neverland Kid's Club is for children aged 4–12 and is open 10:00–12:30, 14:30–17:00, 20:30–22:30. The outdoor playground is open 10:00–22:30.

Is babysitting available?

Babysitting is available for a fee.

Is there an aquapark for children?

Free: Indoor pool, Fitness centre, Sauna, Turkish bath (extra services excluded), Relaxation area, Steam room. At extra charge: Massages, Skin and body treatments.

Transfers, taxis and car rental are available at an extra charge.
